HandyFox: home services in New York City

What is HandyFox?
HandyFox is a home services app for New York City residents and local pros. Its service list has furniture assembly, moving, painting, cleaning, and mounting. Clients describe a job, choose a pro, and agree on the work and time. Pros set their own rates and service areas. You can use the app to keep the job details, chat, and invoice together. This guide does not confirm that a pro is available at your address.

These guides cover the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island. They are not proof of service at each address. Pros choose their own work areas. Check for a pro who serves your address and can take your task.
Start with the work you need done. These guides help you prepare a clear request. Read the terms to understand the rules and HandyFox's role.
What work is HandyFox for?
The service list comes from the product's service setup, as of October 19, 2026:
- Furniture assembly: plan the build, parts, and space.
- Moving: list the load, route, stairs, and access needs.
- Painting: define the surfaces, prep, and finish.
- Cleaning: set the rooms, tasks, and supplies.
- Mounting: share the item, wall type, and fixing needs.
These are service groups, not a promise that every task is offered. Ask the pro to confirm the exact work.
Who is it for?
For clients, the app brings the job details, pro search, chat, and invoice into one flow. You choose a pro rather than post a job for bids. Read how it works before you plan a request.
For pros, the app supports service rates, work areas, a calendar, and payouts. The pros guide explains setup and fees. Pros work as their own businesses, not as HandyFox staff.
What should you know before you hire?
Pros choose where they work. A service guide is not proof that a pro can take a task at your address or time. Check the job's rate, scope, and time with the pro.
Read pricing for the fee and estimate rules. Read trust and safety for the limits of the current checks. HandyFox does not promise the quality or safety of a job.
